Currier Meusum Of Art

Currier Museum of Arts
The Currier Museum of Art was built in 1989. Here’s how: there was this man named James Currier. He was smart. He went to college and got lots of money. So he used that money to build his own museum. That’s why it’s called Currier Museum of Art, because his last name is called Currier. I forgot to mention that Mrs. McNelly’s class went with Mrs. Gerard’s class. When we first walked into the building we looked at the sculpture. It was amazing. There were claws and fossils and a lot of other stuff that I don’t know. There was a sculpture that Isabelle sat on by mistake. It was called Please Be Seated. It looked like a bench. Anyway my dad went and I was in his group. My favorite paintings were Girl Sitting in Chair by Pablo Picasso and another painting I like was a painting by Claude Monet but I forget what the painting was called. The Museum was fun; I wish I could go there again!
